I'm shooting with the "My own" key, Play button is strafe, Rewind is jump or run(depends on the game) and Forward button has different functions in every game
RotateMe - rotating the display to landscape mode (needed only for Quake and Quake 2)

Quake and Duke3D are for free, C2Doom isn't, you can download only the demo without paying (but it isn't really "demo", it works fine, it's only more complicated to set keys or change .WAD file.
