I'm gonna have a nose job as soon as I can. My family doesn't support that decision either. But I know what I want and I'm not gonna live my life feeling insecure just so that my family can feel "satisfied" with themselves. They're not the ones who are going through this, I am. So it's my decision and no one else's.

@LaoSoftware The reason I think Madonna's original nose looks good - not ugly at all - is that it suits her face. Her face is Italian. So her nose should be Italian: sensual, curvy. Not skinny and cold. If every ethnic group had the same boring 'perfect nose', the world would be a very sad place. As for your ears, I can't see them, but I can tellyou I think big ears are cute and sexy, on both men and women :) We should all love what we have!

That's why she's fixing it. Too bad she can't fix her genetics. It doesn't matter how much surgery she gets. Her kids will still be born with big noses. She can't avoid that. I wish I had good-looking parents, so I wouldn't have to fix my ears. I have big ears like an elephant.

Sorry but her original nose is way better - distinctive, suited to her ethnicity and face, unique. Now it looks like a million other altered noses, and she's lost all her distinctiveness. Too bad for an aspiring actress, she could have had a lot of roles playing mediterranean characters ;)
