Tourism season is starting up in the Bay Area and the local economies are hoping to cash in. San Francisco is looking to charge out-of-towners for attractions that have always been free of charge. The Citys Golden Gate Park, already has two sections that charge admission and the Department of Parks and Recreation is attempting to add a third. As Colin Lygren reports, this proposal is causing quite a stir.
