She's great! I have a "Gracie" Boston also. Is she assistance certified or did you teach her as a trick? I use a wheelchair and would be great to train my Gracie. Then she could even fly with me. Any tips?

Gracie is a "certified" service dog.
The best place to start is to take your BT to a obedience class that uses positive techniques for training. See how she is to train . Make sure your Gracie can handle crowds, dealing with weird people and children.The service dog tasks are taught the same way tricks are. There are people that can help guide you in training your own service dog but it takes commitment. You can find much info on service dogs on Dogster.com in the service dog forum.
