@kookelmcjiggerson i gotta see more videos of you ;/

Also a reason you may want to use your foot that is opposite of your dominant hand on the wall is because you can jump with your stronger foot, lead the landing with that foot, and you wont push too hard off of the wall. I assume. Never done these before.

Which one is easier? I really want to learn how to wallflip. When I do a backflip on the ground I land on my knees, I can't get a perfect landing down. So basically which is easier, 1, 2, or 3 step flip?

one step is easiest. make sure you figure out which foot is your dominant one (it's usually the opposite of your dominant hand.)

@Mellow985 well, 3 steps aren't easy at all. so definitely not that. 1 steps are actually quite easy. the way i see it, you don't even need to know how to do a standing backflip.
all you have to do for a 1 step wall flip is approach the wall with adequate speed and place your most comfortable foot on the wall, but BEGIN THE ROTATION OF THE FLIP BEFORE YOU TOUCH THE WALL. oftentimes people start the rotation after they've made contact with the wall, which leaves no time to complete the rotation
