I dont't know why they shit at Obama like hell. Is it just beacause he is a Democrat that - well he said that BEFORE he was elected - , wants to change something? Even things that others didn't want or dare to change.

Now Republicans inhibit the ideas Obama is coming up with. Then they start saying things like: "Whoo, Where is that change? Can't see it here... Why did you promise it then??". Then O'Reilly from Fox -that likely seems to be pro Republicans- is at the Superbowl like: "YOU MAD?".

President Obama trying to fix the loop holes the the early politicians who make rules for themselves, they are the business man/politicians that manipulates the fairness in the whole society.
