Does anyone know how I can make fields autopopulate based on one field.

If you watch the video closely you can see that when he creates the relationship it actually says one-to-one. He did this incorrectly.

Hi Dave: I got a one-to-one relationship whether I went from table 1 to table 2 or went from table 2 to table 1. I haven't found any instructions anywhere that have given me a successful outcome. Very frustrating.
