The "Numbers Threshold Music Theory" is roughly that when you cross your left hand playing notes upward, with your right hand, playing notes downward on the keyboard or piano in a equal rhythmic pattern (crossing a
threshold and meeting musical notes in the middle coming from left and right points), then timing this event in a numerical sequence throughout the song, a very unique sonic melody emerges. A Sonic Oneness.

You can hear an example of this starting at the
.49 second mark ( 4+9=13... the number 13 represents ONENESS according to some traditions...Thirteen is the number that bonds multiplicity into oneness. The meaning of the number thirteen is considered by some as the bonding of many into one).

Look for the "Sonic Oneness" again at 1:03 of this video.1+03 =13 and then at again at 1:12 of the video.. 1+12 =13 then at 1:30 of the video. Note the timing is a little off due to the edit...but it's pretty darn close.

In my opinion, the mathmatic Pi symbol represents the path to bridge the gap to Oneness. You may notice the Pi symbol itself looks alot like a doorway having a left side, a top, and a right side with an open threshold in between.

I believe Pi (3.14.....) will keep going in numbers until it reaches the point BETWEEN the numbers or the ONENESS... the Zero point between the positvie and negative... the point between the left & right. The form of oneness that supersedes Duality. I think we cannot see this yet because we are imperfect and Duality is all we know.

It seems Eve ate from the tree of knowledge of good & bad... the tree of Duality. I feel music is numbers manifest in sonic form. When we work with music and numbers we can get a peek of what bridging the gap may sound and feel like. This is the heart behind this song "The 9th Threshold".

Interesting note...Take a look at the similarities in both Pi and Music symbols..they both look like doorways.

As for the name of this song..."The 9th Threshold"... the number 9 has its own unique meaning...
