2006 National History Day 7th grade project on how americans united after Dec 7 attack on Pearl Harbor.I used excerpts from my grandparents letters to tell about their seperation due to the war.It shows how the homefront survived and made due while the the men were overseas. My grandfather was on the USS Maryland on Dec 7th 1941. I used large amount of family history in the documentary. It is dedicated to honor My grandparents and the sacrifices of all the men and women of that time. They truely earned the right to be called the greatest generation.
