  • Amhrain na bhFiann...the name should be changed to that in the video title...just saying.

    As for Catholic/Protestant anthems...Amhrain na bhFiann is the Irish national anthem. The song you are referring to is ireland's Call which is sang only in rugby, for the benefit of Unionist supporters in Northern Ireland because the irish rugby team is made up those from the North as well as the republic.

  • the catholic or protestant one? that is not the question that should be raised since most of ireland soccer fans are english loving glory hunters obviously, the man u and liverpool variety. not much passion for anything green
