@SWest00072 Osborne never, ever, ever EVER ran the wishbone!! Power I football and it was the beginning of the spread offense. Not like today's spread but he gets credit for it. Every game was over by half, hell by the end of the first qtr!

@NathanKrug1 - You sure?? The slow prodding OLine of Nebraska and the wishbone??? I would beg to differ... don't know.

OF ALL TIME???? hahahahahaha! Huskers of 95 hands down! Troy Aikman that year even said there wasn't a single team in the NFL that his Cowboys couldn't beat except maybe Nebraska but we don't have to play them thankfully! That team was so far ahead of it's time as far as speed and athleticism that they could beat any team today!

@Dawgmeat117 Wouldn't a tournament between those teams be epic? But seriously, 1991 huskies would have crushed Miami. East coast bias.

how the hell does beating Miami in 1994 settle 1991 ? i think there is no question Washington wouldve whacked Miami in 91, but 94 is absolutely meaningless. using your stupid analogy, i guess when BYU beat us in 1985, that proved BYU was better than Washington in 1984, right ? you cant have it both ways. the 91 squad is without a doubt in the conversation of the best teams of all time, but to call them the best team of all time is an insult to some other VERY good cfb teams.

Three years later? Lol. Oregon beat UW three years later. "Kenney Wheaton's gonna score!" Guess that makes Oregon the undisputed 1991 National Champions, huh?

Shared title good times ! didnt win that title out rite

huskies suck dick
Yeah, take a listen to what the experts say. They were clearly the best and most dominant team that season. NO QUESTION. They'd have smoked MIAMI, which they did 3 years later with the WHAMMY in MIAMI! That pretty much settles it.
