@thecity552 yes they are pretty hard to find. i myself am still trying to find one.

My 2nd gen has a really big diffrence between medium and low. The high and Medium speeds on mine are a little faster but the low speed is still very quiet and gentle like the low speed on this one.

one time one of the newer fans fell off, grabbed for the handle, and the BLADE ACTUALLY BROKE OFF!!!!!!!

this is at least a 1984 on up model becuse its got the feet on the grill and the hole that was in the center is filled in.

@torythefanman Yes, I had assumed that, I've always tried to find an early-mid 70s Lakewood with the squared off bladeset, but so far no luck.

glad you like it. my family founded and ran Lakewood. if you paid $10 for it, you paid about what the fan sold for new....
