  • Yeah stuff like fma or krav maga or even jkd isn't made for mma cage fighting for sure. You'll hear a lot of people say well if these guys are so good why don't you see them in the UFC or whatever. That's because most of the stuff they do would be illegal in mma fights because it's made to kill or seriously maim your opponent, not to score points.

  • Too bad there aren't more FMA schools around here in the US. One thing that's good about FMA is the same basic rules and principles apply to fighting with or without weapons as weapons are simply thought of as an extension of your arm. Most other martial arts you have to learn so many different techniques specific for knife, stick, empty hand, gun disarming, etc that it's difficult to remember if a situation arises where you have to use that stuff.

  • @fearfactor22 A great point, that most MMA fanboys fail to see. Street tactics are so different from the ring. There are no refs to call foul shots in the street, and MMA has zero training focused on weapons.

  • @fearfactor22 what? there are more FMA schools in the US than anywhere else in the world.

  • for some extremely well refined real-deal police/military wpns applications, check out lahner tactical concepts--i promise you'll be rethinking M.A.

  • @2011TREADSTONE ¿Shit? I don `t, it is ..... your language translator excrement Will Not Talk About, I Talk About martial arts.

  • @Toxicomad CHRIST! WHAT SHIT YOU'RE TALKIN!

  • @2011TREADSTONE Do not they teach you that if your martial art is not enough not start a fight with another art that can not win?

Look at his seven-legged cat and instinct, not forced to practice, but I see flaws in your thinking and your martial art which is certainly a master of love with their ideas, while others have theirs.

  • @2011TREADSTONE English and I'm not in a translator, you have your system, keep it! mine is not no time to miss in your art, my thinking and my tastes are different properties and comment, I commented that of my tastes, special forces and police forces are facing dangers and specialized Do you think in real danger have given their vote to other martial atrtes more than I mention that? Do not they have more experience that a mat?

  • @Toxicomad You need to learn how to speak in a correct manner, before making statements like that pussy cat. As for Jeet Kune Do being worthless compared with Kali etc? What other system other than Wing Chun, do yeh think Dan Inosanto incorporated into JKD with Bruce Lee? I'll give you a clue my clueless friend. Its spelt...

K-A-L-I Now you put your one single brain cell away somewhere safe before you lose it.

  • @fearfactor22 Exactly what I call a real danger, defend your life. Army and police is what they use.

  • @butaicho Bruce chose kali among others, but in real danger and I keep Krag Maga Kali are also more simple to learn and faster though less beautiful, is the war in the case of Kali. Israelis soldiers apart from the Philippine Army are the most used and it is something other than police. It will be my personal taste.

    I talk about serious situations.
