Jim Cramer says he knows nothing.

1. Jim Cramer says he knows nothing. He is just making it interesting. The show is about helping a person feel okay about starting the process of owning a stock.

2. If Cramer says, "go buy Verizon" he doesn't mean go and buy it right now without researching it.

3. He is proud that someone is telling young people that they can figure this out. He has to use bells and whistles to do this.

4. Cramer says you don't touch his stuff until you've done the following:
a. "Paid down" your 401k. I assume he means max this out.
b. "Paid down" your IRA. Again assuming he means max this out.
c. Bought a house.
d. Paid off all your credit cards.
After you do these four things, Cramer will help you with a discretionary portfolio. If you do anything else you are misusing his stuff.

5. This game is too hard. Most people can't do this. (Doesn't this contradict number three above?)

6. According to after-hours trading, many people buy his recommendations the day of his show.

7. What is his most important message? The vast majority of you will be entertained by Cramer but do not have the time or inclination to do this. If you do not, you will fail. (Again, contradicting number three?)

Listen to it again. He actually said "'This game is too hard, most people can't do this, they can just watch my show and use my picks,' all these things are false." He's definitely saying "this game" is NOT too hard and most people CAN do it.
