PNCA Art & Religion Collective 08

The Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) Art & Religion Collective explores the relation of the image to what is deemed sacred, taboo, or simply inaccessible to the light of day with a focus on the question of representation and representability. How does the artist render the invisible, the deniable, the forbidden, the uncanny, or the unbelievable without damaging or destroying it? Four members of the group address the question from radically different perspectives with "Monad/Triad," "You Are That," "Reverend," and "Sacred Hart."
