Whichever political party gets the most votes in that state, eg. If in Texas, Republicans get a majority, then all the electors that are representing Texas are chosen by the Republicans.

It doesn't matter if votes are transported on horses or light beams. The founding fathers did not intend for the election of the POTUS to be a popularity contest. The EC almost certainly ensures that the winning candidate has a broad distribution of support nationwide. National popular vote can't do that!,:-P D.
