With all her allies gone and Dark Bail Bonds in ruins, Joanna's still stuck in the middle of Trinity Platform with a headache after Dr. Caroll attempted to extract a memory from her mind. All she can do now is trust this mysterious Jonathan character, as he's her only chance for survival.

@Banjokazooiemaster I'd love to read them, but they're not avaible in my language.
It's funny that after the first Perfect Dark, they made two videogames, two novel, a comic but all of them are before Perfect Dark (which is also the first mission of Joanna when she joined the CI, so the game says)

@Banjokazooiemaster No, it doesn't fit Perfect Dark. I've played it for 10 years, and so I know that for a fact.

@Real720 It fits Perfect Dark, but not the Game Boy Color one, but the story for that game was pretty cheap.

@Real720 It's a prequel. It's only intention was to teach player of how Joanna became affiliated with the Carrington Institute, and the novels Perfect Dark: Initial Vector and Perfect Dark: Second Front continue Perfect Dark Zero's story, and Perfect Dark: Janus' Tears bridge the gap between the two novels (which I haven't read, but I've read the novels).
