@PrismaticDemi Texas is a strange place when it comes to weather and climates. East Texas is really humid swampy in some places, West Texas is very dry desert climate, South Texas is just downright hot. Central Texas is kinda a happy medium although quite humid and extremely hot in the summer. I'm thinking humidity down here is similiar Tx 2 Ga is a straight line. down south it's just downright sticky, anyway take care, keep playing guitar

@TheRatbeakmafia Georgia is known to be kinda humid, but im not sure about texas lol............never been there. But ehh.......earnie ball super slinky's usually last me about a month before i can tell any differences in playability. But as you said before and i agree..............It all boils down to preferece. Im thinking of trying out some elixir strings too, just because i keep hearing good things about them. as Rob would say.....Cheers Mate :-)

@PrismaticDemi I stay in central Texas, I have also lived in Gwinnett County Georgia, I don't think the climate is that much different, but I could be wrong,
-
@TheRatbeakmafia it could be climate difference too............I live in a kinda humid area Georgia to be exact.

@PrismaticDemi well it all really boils down to preference. maybe your fingers are less corrosive than mine. I like the ernie's just can't keep them on my guitar for more than 2 weeks
-
@TheRatbeakmafia Idk why but the seem to do very well for me.

@PrismaticDemi Ernie's are good strings but in my experience Addario's last longer, Ernie's tend to rust out and corrode much faster

@shakar92 thats what i'm saying.....

Here's some strings to suggest to everyone to at least try :) EarnieBall :) Imma try some D'addarios soon though :)
