Unabridged. The Yì Jīn Jīng (Chinese: 易筋經; Wade-Giles: I Chin Ching; literally "Muscle/Tendon Change Classic") is a qìgōng manual most notable as the source of the attribution of Shaolin Kung Fu to Bodhidharma, though this has been doubted by several martial arts historians.
If you want to see the full form buy the book and dvd as they need to be studied together, also the complete energies can only be picked up by study of the full set of CHQA books and at the A grade by having an expert teacher in qigong and or Taiji.

the order of the movements is right, some names are wrong. But, the respiration, muscle contaction, and the number of times you have to do each movement are not specified

Good, Yi Jin JIng various from different teacher/school. I find the Shaolin style is good for younger age and internal power training, , this one good for elder age and training in QI.Just share my personal point of view.
