This is a small Ballooning Trip over Lucerne, Switzerland, made on a quiet sunday morning. The special thing is, we recorded in Stereo 3D and here you can see in stereo with red-cyan anaglyph glasses.

    another example with Panasonic AG-3DA1

  • Thank you much! Post was made with FinalCut, 3D Toolbox from Tim Dashwood. Works great now with version 2.0 and 12core Mac. The camera was a self construction from 2008, not synced. Now we are working with the Panasonic AG-3DA1. This is now very handy and perfect to work with for documentary.

  • very nice , but we apreciate much more 3D in 1080p than 720p

  • majestic stuff

  • I go with all the other comments. Excellent video, almost zero parallax. Would you be kind enough to share your rig setup and also the post production method? I am novice in this area and interested in knowing more about 3D Stereoscopic videography.

  • I know you don't see the parallax, that is why I said it was "nearly perfect and hardly noticeable". But why watch it without the glasses? Then you don't get the great depth effect.

  • @crookedtool ...nothing worse than Retinal Rvalry

  • @phaota by the way you dont notice the "parallax" with your glasses off because with them on or off the movie plays the exact same way...watch it again with them off...hope you were stoned

  • Of the many anaglyph 3D short films I've seen here on YouTube, only two have impressed so far and your video is one of them. The parallax is nearly perfect and hardly noticeable with my glasses off. The film could use a bit more depth at times, but that isn't a complaint. My only one is the slightly over dramatic music. Doesn't really fit the scenes. Awesome effort all around though. Thanks for sharing this.
