@SaranghaeyoSuJu13 The "dark" concept means the opposite of the "cute" of Oh!

Because Run Devil Run & Oh! together is a story version so Oh! is for loving & caring for the oppas & as for Run Devil Run is for getting "revenge" on the oppas. That's what they mean by "dark" concept. Like they aren't innocent girls like Gee or Oh! or Into the New World or So Nyuh Shi Dae. Even their new song Hoot is about cheating love. They are showing the mature & older side of them.
