  • @kerry45417 Excellent. Yes, breathing is imperative to every single thing you do in life. It is literally the baseline of vitality. Ask yourself this. How long can you go w/out eating? 3 weeks? How about drinking. 3 days? How about breathing? The vital necessity of proper breathing is self evident! I'll be doing more videos on this subject.
