@InformationCenter That sounds like either a bad sensor (sometimes the pressure sensors in the sprinkler pipes or the heat sensors in the HVAC system go bad), or maybe a short somewhere.

Maybe the person that keeps reseting the panel should learn about the alarm silence button, that would have stopped the horns from going off, i have played with many service panels and i would have gotten that on the the first try.
