  • Would be nice if you mentioned the name of the enzymes.

    You say it like ethanol is being produced in humans which it can't only in microorganism, and by the way the enzyme that produces pyruvate to ethanol in microorganisms is called Pyruvate decarboxylase and NOT pyruvate carboxylase which produces oxaloacetate from pyruvate.

    Great video, we need more educational media on youtube like this! All the other videos make youtube the world's biggest circus.
