Wasn't it wonderfully filmed? Must dig out the videos again. Geraldine McEwan was superb. I've been using most of her lines ever since. Au Res.

How we have enjoyed these DVD's and books. Every bit of them is a delight. It's just so tarsome that there isn't any more of it....Au reservoir...

I have just started watching the dvds and am utterly entranced. What a brilliant little series. Now I am going to read the books. Thanks for creating this compilation. Au Reservoir x

Two fabulous series, and so true to the original novels, all of which I've read several times. When I need to be in a comfort zone, I pull out my two boxed sets of DVDs. I taped the first series when it was on PBS in New York back in the mid-80s, but little did I know that the presentation was slightly edited, or that there was a second series, until the late 90s. Absolutely flawless in all departments, and you've done a lovely montage featuring highlights.

I love Mapp Lucia so much that I've got the dvd,books,audio CD,(read by Miriam Margoyles) & I've done the 'pilgrimage' to Rye!

My other favorite series is 'Keeping Up Appearances'. Oh, and 'To The Manor Born'. Can't forget that one. Only the British can do comedy like this.
