  • only one thing wrong is basil in the end. if we put basil it will call Pad Kee Mao but there is more spicy and more ingrediants than Pad si ew :)

  • This is a weird version of this recipe. Pat Si Iu is supposed to be very sweet, not 'slightly,' and it's supposed to have Chinese broccoli, not bok choy. Also, basil is not a traditionally added herb for this dish. What they made in the video looks good, but it's not quite classic pat si iu.
