Will it support playing over 3G? i dont have wi-fi modem.

You can play over Wi-Fi and 3G.Just the same as there HomeRun Battle 3D.

If they do the same as Homerun/Slugger then it will be £1.79/$2.99 but no official price known yet so that's just a guess.Will update when known.

It's Wi-Fi mate and if you have or have played HomeRun 3D/Baseball Slugger then it's the same as that.
