  • She said it was really REALLY bad and thinks something needs to be done - what else do you want from her? I'm not an undersea oil drill spill specialist, and just because you make the time to sit in front of your TV watching all the news coverage of the spill doesn't make you one either. Better to remain silent and be thought a lurker than post an unwarranted smear and remove all doubt that you're just a mean-spirited self-aggrandizing scumbutt.

  • Oh please.

You really think that an actress knows what to do about the oil spill? Of course she doesn't. And neither do I and neither do you. I think that the oil spill is very bad thing and something should be done to it - does that make me a fool?

    This video is useless.

  • Great point.

  • Pretty innocuous comment. I think there is at least one bitchy female editor at the Huff Po.

  • @verzinker omg back off im fuckin german lol

  • She didn't say that she knew how to stop the spill. Thanks for wasting my life...

  • @Cureousful We use much less energy per capita and have a higher amount of renewable energy. Isnt that good??

Do you think it is sustainable? Do you believe that nulear energy is a clean? Didnt you learn enough from this oil spill? Or from Tschernobyl? You are like an sorcerers apprentice, who cannot stop the magic he has sparked.

  • @verzinker Fossil fuel is a generic categorization for old carbon energy sources; this includes coal. Coal accounts for 11% of all Austrian energy consumption.

American fossil fuel consumption accounts for 86% of total energy use. More significantly, American energy use per capita is nearly double that of Austrian per capita use. However, given that Austria is smaller than North Carolina, this comparison is not particularly informative.

I don't know why you classify nuclear as unsustainable.

  • @eonomen You dont have to tell me. I didnt vote for him. But let us close our little conversation, it is quite late here in Austria and I hav to continue my research tomorrow early in the morning. So long.

  • @Cureousful Yes, Austrias electrical power (but nevertheless no coal). But the electrical power for my household is made a 100 % of renewable resources (water power, biofules, solar, heat pump heating). but thumbs up for doing the investigation. And what are the numbers for the USA? (And I do not classify nuclear energy as sustainable!)

  • @verzinker Nah just referring to Hitler for the sake of pointing out that when I said Australia I meant Austria.

And the story is still out on the Govenator

he's taxing businesses out of California left and right and all the while allowing California to leach crap loads of plastic into the pacific ocean.

    lol silly Austrians

look up Great Pacific Garbage Patch

oh and he doesn't allow people to cut down trees so the planted trees get old and dry up burning down entire forest LOL nature

  • @verzinker 30-40% of Austrian electrical power comes from fossil fuels. Fossil fuel use constitutes 73% of total Austrian energy use.
