I find whites to be so ironic with many of their laws. It's illegal to kill cats and dogs for ritual killings (not saying that I agree with it), yet it's legal for animal shelters to kill them.

Theres no way regular people have the resources to properly dispose of needles, or any of the means to do this as a professional animal caretaker can.
