Awefull lot of time wasted stroking back and forth trying to knock the little clingers off. Just run it through, top it and they'll dissapear or get knocked off when you spit it back into your limbed pile.

ran a truck mount prentice 410 w/propac delimber and 53' boom for 10 yrs, never seen one w/ the rear feed rolls.all ours up this wy in maine have rear grapple arms.

long boom...i know....but why do you work so far away from the log deck? im no delimber expert but got 3 years of experience with limmits from the 2000 to the 2200 model. i just mean its not verry efficient the way you delimb. is it just to keep the junk pile seperate? ive made some pretty even decks working about 5ft away from deck. every log i set down is butted up with rollers before dropping. dont have to reach out like you do

Ya I was along way out on this sale. Was supposed to keep the landing tight but, I pushed the pile back and went with it. Now I'm prolly ten feet maybe. Just enough to butt the pile up with the head.

I love limben. High wide undercarriage is great. Really stable. Also has extra fuel tank. Figured it holds 250 gals of fuel. Almost as much as a 2054.
