...Guys. It's a play on words. Ejaculate has multiple meanings. In the joke, Hitler is complaining to his doctor about ejaculating during speeches (one meaning of the word) and the doctor misunderstands and tells him it's good to ejaculate when speaking (the other meaning of the word.)

well think about it,
when you ejaculate,
you have an orgasm,
you moan or scream, but you really get into it
so if hitler didnt ejaculate during his impassioned speeches,
the crowds would accuse him of not being "into it" like he should be :)
