The Oasis Body is about 1/4" deeper than the paradise...thats the only other difference

Having said that, I have been told that you want to choose a guitar whose sound you prefer acoustically, since once on a system the sound can basically be equalized or changed to whatever you want regardless. Is this true?

I think it depends on how you plan to sue the guitar. Certianly in either case you want to like the sound of the guitar with and without the preamp.

Are all the Luna Henna Spruce/Cedar "nylon only" guitars? Which would you purchase for more strumming focused playing instead of picking? The only time I would play strictly acoustic, would be in private while writing/practicing. I would generally be on a system when performing.

No. There is only one Nylon String Model henna guitar. There are 4-steel string models: Henna Oasis Spruce, Oasis Cedar, Paradise Spruce, Paradise Cedar
