  • You are welcome. I know sometimes you actually have to see the technique executed for it to make sense. A picture and some words may not be enough.

    Thanks for writing.

  • Good Morning Tanis, Thank you so much for responding so quickly to my question from yesterday... It was very helpful... I was wondering if you have a facebook page... I would love to post some of the projects I finish on your page to share with others.. I posted a link for your book on my facebook page in hopes that my other crochet friends will join in the fun... I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Annette.

I'm not on facebook yet. I haven't had time to work on everything. I am on Ravelry with the CGOA and I think I will start a public page for everyone to post their finished projects and make their comments on it. Also, if you haven't done so, write a very brief review or just copy your comments to the Amazon - Interlocking Crochet book page.

    Thanks for being in touch.

  • Hi Tanis! I saw your video on youtube and then ordered your book. I practiced the basics on a small swatch and am now ready to try each of the patterns. In the book, it looks like all of your samples are a similar size. I thought this could make a nice sampler afghan. It would be so helpful to know how many stitches you used on each of your samples. Is it possible to get that info? I appreciate your videos. I am excited to get started, and become proficient!

  • @crochet2give

I tried to make the samples about the same size so I could unite them into a sampler myself. I tried to make them 8" x 8". This was usually 20 A blocks and 19 B blocks with an H hook. However, some designs require a different count so I would have adjust to that count. See the blog at Interlocking Crochet to explain # sts + # at each design.

  • I ordered this book a while ago when it first came out. I really love the technique but just couldn't get it right. So I finally decided to check on youtube and here you are. I am absolutely thrilled about these videos. I was about to sell the book on ebay and give up. Thanks so much.

  • That's so beautiful.

  • Thanks for your question regarding 6 sts + 6, etc.

I tried to explain it here, but the characters are limited. Go to Interlocking Crochet website blog and I'll post the complete answer there.

    Thanks for the great question.
