@osofridas yes haha pankration is actually mixed martial arts like cage fighting but no strikes to the face are allowed, its to help people get amatuer fights in

Yes, you can use it for control and it can help to finish the choke. The higher the better, if they are able to get the leg low and pass over it, you probably won't finish them.
