she's simply introducing the modules. By explaining what she's going to cover one can decide if taking the trip through the videos is worth the time. It's only a 44 sec video. It probably took you longer to write your negative comment.
I liked the short intro. She's is casually, but beautifully dressed, which tells me she might offer me some tips that I would actually use. She's well spoken--her instruction will probably be easy to follow and understand. I'm on my way to see your videos!
