Chinese New Year Parade 2010 -- San Francisco

We were blessed with clear skies -- not a raindrop in sight! I got to sit in the stands across from the judges and about 15 feet from the where they light the string of fire crackers. The hilarious part is listening to the emcees Rev. Norman Fong and chinatown community leader Rose Pak. Rose uses this unique opportunity to give her opinion about each of the politicians and her understanding of their political ambitions.
