I'm kinda pissed that WMM can't seem to process certain video clips properly (hence the green mess at the end) but who cares! Enjoy the epicness of that intro (I sure do!)

  • ST:TNG exudes humanist philosophy. There's one more reason why ST:TNG rocks and, of course, it has to do with yet another enlightened concept; that concentration of too much power in one being's hands is dangerous. Every time a being with great power (not just Q) appears on the screen in TNG, we see it being viewed with suspicion and scrutinized ruthlessly, not worshipped.

  • Using format factory to convert clips to WMV format before putting them into movie maker might help... if you haven't tried that already.

  • @OneAndOnlySnob: Actually not a communist utopia. Try to build a starship or create a multi petaWatt powerplant. There is still trade, but it's barter, not cash based. After all, the Federation trades with many species, many of which still use money and there are still many species *within* the Federation that still use money. All you ever see is from the Star Fleet perspective, not civilian.

  • I used to be libertarian and a christian. I used to watch a lot of TNG too. It did make me think about things sometimes. In TNG, they don't seem have money. They don't need it; they just walk up to a replicator when they want things. It seems the people on the Enterprise do their jobs because they like them and not because they're economically bound to them. Communist utopia. I'm not a communist, and I'm not sure I can really credit TNG with turning me into a liberal atheist, but here I am.

  • I like all the Borg and Q episodes, but one that sticks out for some reason was when they travel faster than warp 10.(I can't remember the episode) Some alien dude takes them far into space where nothing has been charted or known. Despite knowing full well that it was a fictional place, I wanted them to research it and describe it in detail. Unfortunately the alien dude takes them back and in the process dies/disappears. Maybe it was the worst episode, but it was intriguing.

  • which episode is 3:08?

Q episodes are awesome :) nice video.

    LOL WMM FAIL XD

  • That was the first time I realized that startrek was circling the drain. Now it's dead as dodos! I'm so fuckin' sad! Where have all the good series gone? Fucking producers! They wouldn't have come up with all this bullshit programing if the majority of americans weren't dumb little PLEBS! PLEBS ARE NEEDED! But not wanted! Not by me! Fuck that! They shouldn't be in charge! FUCKIN BUSH! Sorry! I'm drunk and venting! PEASE!

  • I know this mighrt sound/look like ass kissing but FUCK YOU IF YOU THNK THAT. I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE THINKS! Dude, Shwanerd, never fail to amaze me with your insights into shit n stuff. (yeah i'm drunk! what of it? wannafightaboutit?lol) I started watching from "encounter at farpoint" and I loved almost every ep! I had trouble with Yar dying of course. Seemed too abrupt. whatever. Anyways, dude, you are so cool for thinking that TNG is the BEST! "enterprise"? bah! bullshit catertering to idiot
