relieve headache/migraine pain

relieve some pressure and pain from headaches! Also on here I forgot to mention if you stretch your neck down and around slowly (stretch the neck and shoulders in every direction) It will help release some stress in the muscles that cause frequent headaches! Especially if you get re-occurring headaches...do the stretches a few times a day. IF you are massaging your own neck and shoulders try to do one side at a time for example.......massage the right side with your left hand to make sure your right neck, shoulder and arm are completely relaxed during the massage and vice versa. Maybe try leaning against a tennis ball on the wall to get pressure against the tension spots on your back that you cant reach! Luv you all! Hope you feel better!

@Allien06 again I repeat please do not shove your thumbs into your eyeballs this is something you have to slowly feel out and you may find relief. If it works for some it can work for more. If it doesnt work for you keep searching and youll find an answer. Regular massage is very good for headaches.
