I saw Yundi Li perform this nocturne at Carnegie Hall last year. I thought he played it too fast, as I think most people do. I love your tempo/pace.

Biffer5, u are my role model!!! Im still fine tuning my c# minor nocturne....will i ever get there?? this has so many flats !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am honored! Keep working that c# m nocturne. It's such a pleasure to play. Every time I play it I learn something new. (I'm not sure we ever "get there"... but that's OK because as long as we continue to learn the work stays vibrant.)
