Canon 50D pics

Sold the olympus and bought a canon 50D. Shot with 70-200 f4L IS and 17-55 f2.8 IS for those who are interested. So here are the first pics out of it :)

Awesome camera. Color reproduction is fabulous, much better than Nikon. Nikon is good for popping colors though.

If you mean nikon vs canon, both are fine.

50D is good for sports, although the 7D is better due to better AF, more fps, etc.

Aside from the camera, you'll need some long sports lenses too. The 100-400 f4.5-5.6 is a good sports lens but a bit slow if your shooting in low light.

Yeah, 70-200 is a great lens for sports. Although I shot a footy game with mine, and I found it was a bit short at times as the ground it pretty big. But for most sports it should do fine.

i have a 70-200 f4 IS and it's awesome except the fact that it draws too much attention
