@888zzz mmmmm kind of. some saturated fats are heart-healthy, like coconut oil & palm oil. animal fats are inflammatory in your body though. & your body makes all the cholesterol it needs, so excess amounts of outside sources is not healthy. & LDL cholesterol is unhealthy as it is inflammatory in the body.

Yeah. I remember when I watched it on TV she made the point that you can use real Parmesan because you were saving so many calories with the other cheeses.

It is 4 cheeses, think they chopped the video up a bit. It's Cottage cheese, ricotta, mozzarella and at the end on top is the rest of the mozzarella and then 1/4 cup of Parmesan.
