no its not "indian", Kung fu is something Buddhist monks invented to defend them selves when they get attacked by different kinds of thieves and robbers and all them when they were in woods meditating n etc. it is mainly been used in Buddhist countries like China, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and etc

Man, this makes me so depressed. I begged and begged my mom to let me take Shaolin Kung Fu as a child ..she never did.
