  • Well - this isn't exactly the moment *I* was waiting for. I was hoping to see the meat being put on the WSM pit, being basted/mopped, etc., and to see how long it took, and whether or not the roast was foiled and "rested", prior to pulling - or in this case smashing :). Nice fall apart results at the end thougn.
