As broadcast on CNN - my raw footage from St. Ann's church in Negombo, Sri Lanka, a few hours after the tsunami hit. The church was used as a refugee/evacuation center for locals and tourists, as it was on higher ground. At this point, we had no idea the body count was +200k. All we knew from rumors was that Sri Lanka had been hit, Galle had been flattened, and maybe 2,000 people were dead.
