Daniel Kaluuya, who is both an Actor and Writer in the Channel 4 TV series Skins gets interviewed for the Guardian Blogs.
He talks about filming Series 2 Episode 8 which focuses on Jal Fazer (played by Larissa Wilson), and on the difficulties of being a writer.

Oh my gosh i know they never even put him into the funeral and they did used to hang out. I remeber in series 1 in the Maxxie/Anwar episode him and Chris shared a room together and also set next eachother on the way to Russia so its not like they werent close :( x

Skins really ingored his character Kenneth in the show. He wasn't even at Chris's funeral.

He strikes me as a nice guy, but I don't think his character is a good enough one to devote an episode to. His posh accent seems really put on, and the joke got old quite quickly.
