I was up there myself like 12 years ago in November. It was by train from Montreal I left and 475 miles later I got off and it was 38 degrees few snow flurries the town was pretty much like a ghost town. I got a cheap hotel and saw the city walked out to the rock at low tide for a minute then left later the tide filled in. It was a peaceful experience. Two days later the train came and back to Montreal. 3 times a week the train used to go there. nice trip there.
