New I-Coffee Roaster

The I-Coffee Roaster is a new product in the Australian market manufactured to a very high standard in Korea.

The roaster is designed to roast between 100 and 150 grams of green coffee beans at a time (150 grams of Green Beans produces approximately 125 grams of Roasted Beans).

The I-Coffee Roaster features an advanced Afterburner at the rear of the machine. This removes virtually all smoke during the roasting cycle. The machine can be used on Auto mode with an automated cooling cycle with no smoke. Alternatively the beans can easily be removed for faster cooling and a more controlled 'manual' roast. Using the machine in this way means that some smoke will be emitted when the beans are removed for cooling (roasting manually should be done out-doors).

You can control the roast level from light to dark, by using the control knob at the front of the machine. The I-Coffee features a large glass viewing dome that allows you to visually check the roast as it progresses. The motor of the machine is quiet enough that you can easily hear 'first' and 'second' crack. These sounds help you identify when the Roast is where you want it.
