Chinese Folk Dance - Double Ribbon Dance

The advanced level group of the Lee-Ming Dance Club performs the "Double Ribbon Dance" at the 2009 Lee-Ming Chinese School Chinese New Year Celebration. Feb. 1, 2009 at Montgomery County Community College in BlueBell, PA.

Dance Club directed by Ms. Ya-Chih Chuang

Ms. Chuang, a graduate of the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts, has been an instructor with the Taipei Folk Dance Company, has won the Contemporary Dance Lecturer Award in Hong Kong and has also worked with several choreographers in New York City.

Ms. Chuang has performed world-wide, appeared at the Lincoln Center's outdoor Lincoln Center Clark Theater and, in 2000, for the Millennium Celebration, she was the sole dancer representing Asia and later worked with The Parsons Dance Company in New York's Times Square.

Ms. Chuang is now teaching Beginner and Advanced level Chinese Folk Dance at the Lee-Ming Chinese School.
