@Jhayca0930 I have the same problem. In fact any make-up I put on my eyes I have to apply primer first, otherwise everything will run (eyeliner and shadow too). I use Maybelline Volum' Express Colossal Waterproof Mascara! It's in a big fat yellow tube with BLUE font. It smells kind of funny and it may be a little hard to remove without make-up remover. When they say "waterproof" they mean it. Be sure not to rub your eye. Waterproof mascara still can smudge but it'll be much harder to get off.

@CHUBBAYBUBBAY it looks like she just contours her nose to make it look thinner. If you look at her nose in the video where her husband does her make-up, it looks like a very natural, round shape. Unless she got plastic surgery between the 15th and 26th of January, I don't think she's had plastic surgery. Korean celebrities normally undergo plastic surgery in order to achieve that ideal look before their debut, but last I checked Angel isn't a Korean celebrity with tons of money to blow on that.
