@Lemenkidd The announcer was referring to the track where the wreck occurred, which was Memphis Motorsports Park in Memphis, TN. The overall segment shows Tony making multiple non-crash passes (from Thunder Valley), but the crash video is clearly from the Memphis drag strip.
